Archangel Association: A success story

The Archangels Association has now achieved its 50th success in just 18 months of providing free assistance to parents, children and families for a parent in its care. The father, who had been deprived of contact for months, was delighted when the settlement was reached. Michael Langhans, board member and the father's unpaid legal representative, turned a blind eye. "Actually," says the fully qualified lawyer, "we could or should have had exactly this solution back in November. But in this moment of joy, we are looking ahead." The affected father added, visibly moved: "After all the attacks and unnecessary discussions about expert opinions and the like, I'm just looking forward to A. and L.; my children have long deserved to get a bit of normality back despite separation." When asked about the recipe for success, the father said succinctly: "I only did what my children wanted and needed. And," he added with a meaningful pause, "what my friends from the Archangel Association recommended." "Honesty, assertiveness and professional competence are the cornerstones of every successful case," says the experienced expert Michael Langhans, who has been involved in many sensational family law cases. "Unfortunately," he adds, "there is no single recipe for success, every case is different, every situation is fought for. But above all, we would like to thank an open-minded guardian ad litem who always had the children's best interests in mind and was also able to convince the court with her expertise." The fact that parents and children always suffer when contact is broken off and disputes have to go to court should also be mentioned at this point, even if it will certainly soon be forgotten in view of the children's shining eyes. We hear that the next 50 successes will not take another 18 months.
